Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility. Each pair of shoe covers is inspected to ensure it meets our quality and waterproof standards before shipping.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders internationally to provide high-quality footwear protection directly to our customers in Nigeria.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment center.
- Target Market: We currently prioritize shipping to Nigeria.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated international shipping time to Nigeria is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to Nigeria. No handling or delivery fees apply at checkout.
Tax & Customs Information * Import Taxes & Duties: Since we ship internationally to Nigeria, please be aware that your order may be subject to local import customs duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) as determined by the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS). These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected or handled by us at checkout.
- Transparency: The total displayed at checkout represents the final cost of the product and fulfillment. Any local clearance fees must be settled by the recipient upon arrival.
